Hybrid working – formalising arrangements

If your business began hybrid / remote working, or another flexible approach, during the pandemic and you have not yet formalised your company’s working arrangements, it is advisable to do so.

This may be by confirming to employees in writing that hybrid working will continue for a further temporary period and be reviewed again at a point in time, or you may wish to formalise things and confirm permanent working arrangements.

Drawing up a hybrid working policy may be beneficial when you know what the company working arrangements are going to be going forward.
